1. From the Main Menu, click Scan and Send
  2. Choose your name/address from the (1) Address Book. (If you do not see your name/address, you may add it by pressing the Register > Register New Destination buttons in the Address Book window.
  3. Place your doument(s) in the feeder tray just as if you were making copies. Choose 2-Sided Original if you are scanning double sided documents.
  4. Press the green Start button on the keypad.
